Questions teachers ask us
Can Erasmus+ fund my participation?+
STPM delivery is aligned with Erasmus+ Quality Standards, and the conference is suitable as an international professional development activity. As Erasmus+ funding arrangements can vary, we recommend checking with your school’s Erasmus+ coordinator or National Agency to confirm whether your grant can be used for the conference. We comply with Erasmus+ guidelines and can provide the supporting paperwork you need, including an invoice, programme description and CPD certificate.
Do I need prior experience with the STPM Method?+
No. Newcomers and experienced STPM practitioners are equally welcome — every session is practical and meets you where you are.
Will I need new resources or programmes to use this in school?+
No — that's the point. The method works with your existing curriculum, materials and routines, viewed through a different lens. No special equipment, no new schemes, no extra planning load.
What language is the conference in?+
English, delivered by our multinational team of trainers experienced with multilingual groups. Sessions are movement-based rather than lecture-heavy — you don't need to be a native speaker.
Can my school pay by invoice?+
Yes. We issue invoices for schools and organisations — ideal for Erasmus+ grants and CPD budgets. Teams of 3+ can be placed on a single invoice.
I have dietary requirements — is that a problem?+
Not at all. The buffet includes vegetarian and vegan options, and you can tell us about any dietary requirements or allergies in the participant details form after registration.
Can I stay at the venue?+
Yes — the conference is held at the Holiday Inn London – Brentford Lock (TW8 8GA), so you can stay where you learn. The hotel is about 20 minutes from Heathrow. Contact the hotel directly on +44 (0)208 232 2000.
