Dayana Santamaría (Kat)

Hi! I’m Kat, part of the Course Coordination team at Smart Teachers Play More. My role is to support everyone who is interested in our courses. I’m often one of the first points of contact, helping participants with their questions and guiding them through the process.

I really enjoy the personal side of my role. With training in emotional intelligence and social skills, I place a strong focus on communication and on making people feel heard, supported, and welcome. For me, it’s not only about providing the right information, but also about creating a positive experience and making sure everyone feels they are in good hands.

By day, you’ll usually find me behind my computer, answering your questions and helping make your course experience as smooth as possible. By night, I’m a rock singer and showgirl!
